How can I book to stay at your hotel?

What are the available room types in the hotel?
Double/Twin Room: can sleep up to 3 people, 2 twin beds & a fold up camp bed for 3rd bed
Standard Family Room: can sleep up to 4 people, 1 double bed plus 2 sofa beds with split partitioning
There are 2 room view choices: Inland view or Sea view
Few rooms have a ‘walk-in’ shower. The rest of the rooms have a combined bathtub/shower
Few rooms have an interconnecting door
Is there a safe box in the room?
Each room has its own safe box. Current rental charge is €3 per day.
Is there wi-fi access in the rooms & public areas?
Guests can enjoy free Wi-Fi access in all rooms and public areas.
What are the standard ‘check-in’ and ‘check-out’ times of the hotel?
14:00hrs is the check-in time & 12:00 noon is the check-out time
Are any rooms adapted for persons with disabilities?
Unfortunately not, but some rooms have a ‘walk-in’ shower.
Do the rooms include ironing facilities?
Unfortunately, we don’t, but we do offer a laundry service at a charge and the hotel does feature a dedicated room with ironing facilities.
Do the rooms include tea & coffee facilities?
Yes, tea & coffee facilities are available in all hotel rooms.
Can I request a room upgrade while staying in the hotel?
Room upgrades are available with a respective charge, but this always depends on hotel occupancy. As some months are at high occupancy (especially May to October), please book your desired room type and/or view, when making your booking to avoid disappointment.
Do the rooms feature a mini bar or fridge?
Yes. All Inclusive guests receive a daily refill of soft drinks & water free of charge (as part of their all inclusive holiday package).
My return flight back home is late. Can I book a ‘late check-out’ directly with the hotel while I am in the hotel?
The hotel welcomes guest requests but your late check-out cannot be guaranteed until your departure date. Availability of late check-out rooms always depends on respective arrivals.
Current charges for a ‘late check-out’ room are €70 until 18:00 (local time).
I have booked a ‘late check-out’ room. Will I be able to keep the same room I have been staying in?
We will consider every request and will do our utmost to help make your late check-out as seamless and stress-free as possible. However, this is on request and upon availability, as your room may be needed for guests arriving early on the day you depart. On the day of your departure, please kindly check if it is possible to keep the same room at the reception. If not, you’ll be asked to check-out from your original room at 12 noon and you’ll be given a different room to enjoy for the remainder of the day.

Do you heat any of your swimming pools?
The indoor pool is the only swimming pool that is heated between period November to April
Do you provide beach towels or do I have to bring my own?
Beach towels are provided at the reception desk and can be changed every 3 days.
Charges will apply if a towel is lost (€10.00 per towel)
Is there a ‘dress code’ for dinner at the restaurant?
The dress code for all Louis Imperial Beach restaurants is smart casual. We kindly ask our guests to avoid entering our restaurants in swimwear, barefoot, or wearing sleeveless T-shirts.
If we choose to stay at another Louis hotel (sister hotel), would it be possible to visit your hotel and use your hotel’s services and facilities?
For your utmost comfort and safety, the hotel's leisure facilities are reserved only for our in-house residents. Special permissions (with respective charges) are granted to non-residents to attend a wedding or a conference. The same applies to our in-house guests, who are not allowed to use any of our sister hotels’ facilities.
